How do I self refer?
There are many ways you can self refer. Email, telephone or use the contact form. Which ever way you contact please ensure you leave email and telephone number:

Fees
Self Funding Therapy:
You will never be placed under any obligation to attend for a minimum or maximum number of sessions.
I offer a free 15 minute initial telephone consultation and each session (50 minute) is charged at £95 per session.
Insurance Providers and Solicitors
If I am not registered with your insurance company I am happy to do so.
Fees may vary from self referral if you are funded through this route, due to additional administration charges. The fee schedule will be agreed with the insurance provider/ solicitor.
Payment Options
Payments must be made at each session. For initial assessments, payment is required 48 hours prior to the session to secure your appointment date. For all other sessions, payment can be made by cash, contactless (inc apple or googlepay) BACS or PayPal is also available - please ask for details prior to the session. Please note that I do not currently have the facility for debit or credit card payments other than contactless.

Cancellation Policy
I appreciate that there are many valid reasons why clients may need to cancel their appointments at short notice, the following policy applies.
I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. It is my policy to charge for any late missed appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours will be charged at half the session rate at £47.50 , appointments missed with no notice will be charged at full rate of £95. This is due to the appointment incurring a charge to me in both the room fees already paid for your session and not allowing enough time to offer the time to other clients. Any cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will not incur any charge.

Location

I currently offer face to face appointments at Wilmslow Therapy Practice, 8 Parkway, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 1LS Please see below for map.

The room is centrally location in Wilmslow, just off Alderley Road. It is a 5 minute walk of Wilmslow train station. On one corner is Costa coffee and to the side of the office is the Rex/ Hoopers car park.

Free parking is available for 2 hours at waitrose on Church Street, Wilmslow SK9 1AY- this is approximately a 10 minute walk away.
​
You will see a sign above the door which is 'Wilmslow Therapy Practice and also the sign of Plant Podiatry who are located in the building on the first floor. When you arrive let yourself in the front door and I am based on the second floor, just take a seat in the waiting area and I will be with you shortly.
I also offer online sessions also if this is preferable either via telephone or video conferencing.
